Admissions Event Manager

The University of Central Missouri has an immediate opening for an Admissions Event Manager

This position will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing our special events, both on- and off-campus. This person will supervise and provide leadership to the Campus Visit Office to ensure a successful visit experience for our students and parents. This position will oversee our student ambassadors, Graduate Assistant, and Campus Visit Office Coordinator, and collaborate with other campus stakeholders to be sure the right campus representation is present at each event.

Salary: $3,592.41/monthly

Educational requirement(s)
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Hospitality, Public Relations, or a related field required.

Experience
One (1) year of experience planning, assisting, or directing events to include coordinating budgets, staffing, and logistics.
Experience within higher education recruitment event planning preferred.
Database creation & management. Preference for SLATE experience.
