The Office of the University Registrar (OUR) is seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team!

This position will have the unique role of working with faculty, staff and students and their families through a variety of student services related functions. This person will:

-review and process tuition refund appeals
-assist with with the committee for Revision of Records process (official changes to the academic record)
-respond to inquiries about commencement
-update and document processes and policies in the OUR
-support the University Registrar with special projects and other duties as assigned
-work with the front-line staff to provide excellent customer service to the University community

Salary commensurate with education and experience.

Salary Range: $19.00 - $23.00/ hour

University Title: SENIOR STUDENT SUPPORT SPECIALIST

Shift
M-F, 8am-5pm

Minimum Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience and at least 2 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience with PeopleSoft is preferred.
