Job Summary: The Articulation Coordinator will be responsible for the development and on-going maintenance of transfer guides, course by course equivalencies and articulation agreements. In addition, they will also need to have the ability to foster strong relationships with contacts both inside (administrators, advisors, and faculty) and outside of the university (faculty and staff at other institutions of higher education).

Responsibilities and Expectations:the coordinator will work closely with department chairs/deans to articulate programs and outline clear pathways to ensure a smooth transition for transferring students and incoming first-time college students with dual credit; this person will strategically identify areas where additional or enhanced equivalencies are needed and spearhead efforts to increase equivalencies in those areas; the coordinators responsibilities will include building out individual course articulations to ensure future student evaluations can be produced more quickly; the coordinator may also be called upon to assist in creating memorandum of understanding (MOU) agreements between area schools and specific Rockhurst University programs; the coordinator will need to work closely with the Registrar's Office in order to develop a strong working knowledge of Rockhurst University curriculum and academic policies

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree (Master's degree preferred) in a field appropriate to the area of assignment AND at least 1 year of related professional experience, or any equivalent combination of education and/or experience from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities have been achieved.
