Responsibilities
The Associate Director of Admissions - Recruitment provides leadership and support in the development and implementation of the undergraduate recruitment plan, oversees key recruitment strategies, and assists the Director of Admissions in the administration of the Office of Admissions. The Associate Director, is responsible for targeted recruitment initiatives, developing, supervising, and training an admissions staff, specifically student recruitment specialists, and coordinating recruitment travel and events. The Associate Director collaborates with the Slate Team in relation to communication planning and client relationship management strategies across multiple platforms, including print, digital, and social media campaigns. The Associate Director assists the Director of Admissions in developing plans and initiatives to recruit a diverse student population. The Associate Director develops and maintains relationships on campus and between external stakeholders with the Office of Admissions.
