POSITION SUMMARY:
The Associate Registrar’s primary responsibility is assisting in integrity assurance of all Engineering student academic records, while also striving to provide quality customer service for students, faculty, and staff. To this end, the Associate Registrar engages in the overall management of both student and course records, while working to see that all related data, information, and processes are efficient, effectively communicated, and properly adapted over time when needed.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree and three years of related experience.
- Experience working with transfer credit, degree clearance, and degree audit systems.
- Experience working with student information systems and updating student records.
- Experience working with databases and spreadsheets.
