Job Description
The Office of the University Registrar is looking for a dynamic individual to serve as an Assistant Registrar overseeing our Degree Audit/Degree Planner platform.

This position will work with faculty and staff across campus to create, maintain and support the University’s degree audit, degree planner, and schedule planner platforms. This position will develop and utilize technical expertise to configure and maintain the degree audit tools to accurately reflect degree requirements for our academic programs. The ideal candidate will be familiar with University policies and ensure that all degree audits adhere to established guidelines.

Reporting to the Associate Registrar – Curriculum & Catalog, this position will serve as a liaison to the University’s curriculum committees. This position will also supervise a Degree Audit Coordinator and provide support and leadership within the Office of the University Registrar. Salary
Salary Range: $50,367 - $65,000 per year

Grade: GGS-010

University Title: Assistant Registrar

Shift
Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm


Minimum Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience and at least 4 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary

Preferred Qualifications
-Familiarity with PeopleSoft (myZou)
-Familiarity with MU academic programs, degree requirements, and policies
